BioSPE™ PureProt est utilisé pour la purification et le dessalage de protéines intactes et de grands peptides (MW > 10kDa) à partir de matrices biologiques (sérum, plasma…) ou alimentaires (lait), avant l’analyse LC-MS/MS.

Le kit BioSPE™ PureProt est composé de :

  • Colonnes de purification
  • Adaptateurs (pour la centrifugation des pointes) et/ou outils de collecte (tubes à centrifuger ou plaques de collecte). Chaque kit contient deux outils de collecte (un pour les étapes de conditionnement/chargement/lavage et un pour l’étape d’élution)
  • Un protocole détaillé pour un nettoyage facile et efficace des protéines
