BioSPE™ BeadRem est utilisé pour filtrer facilement et rapidement les billes magnétiques qui restent dans les échantillons de peptides ou de protéines après la procédure SP3 et qui pourraient boucher la colonne chromatographique pendant l’analyse LC-MS/MS.

BioSPE™ BeadRem est disponible en deux versions différentes, en fonction de la nature de votre échantillon :

  • BioSPE™ BeadRem Aqua pour les échantillons aqueux.
  • BioSPE™ BeadRem Orga pour les échantillons contenant des solvants organiques.

Le kit BioSPE™ PureProt est composé de :

  • Des colonnes de filtration
  • Adaptateurs (pour la centrifugation des pointes) et/ou outils de collecte (tubes de centrifugation ou plaques de collecte). Chaque kit contient un outil de collecte pour recueillir les peptides/protéines dans le flux de filtration
  • Un protocole détaillé pour l’élimination rapide et efficace des billes et la récupération des peptides/protéines.
